Managing incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments, and securely receiving and distributing highly confidential mail and parcels.
CCTV & Alarm Monitoring
While maintaining a welcoming presence, our officers actively monitor desk-based CCTV feeds and fire control panels for immediate threat detection.
Evacuation & Emergency Protocols
In the event of a fire or security breach, the concierge becomes the primary Incident Commander, guiding staff and guests safely out of the building.
VIP Transport & Logistics
Assisting executives and VIP guests with taxi bookings, secure transport arrangements, and localized directional advice.
